Immigrate to Canada from the Philippines

- Filipino caregivers can get permanent residence through the Home Care Worker Immigration Pilots, which need CLB 4, a high school education, six months of experience or training, and a full-time job offer.
- Nurses and healthcare workers may qualify for Express Entry healthcare draws. Working as a nurse in Canada also needs registration with a provincial regulator.
- Police certificate: an NBI Clearance, plus certificates from other countries where you lived six months or more, such as the UAE, Saudi Arabia or Hong Kong.
- Biometrics are available at visa application centres in Manila and Cebu.
- Filipinos who hold a valid US visa, or had a Canadian visa in the last 10 years, may be able to fly to Canada with an eTA instead of a visa.

Frequently asked questions
Can I apply while working in the Middle East?

Do you speak Filipino?
Yes. Our team speaks Filipino, so you can ask your questions in your own language.
Is the pilot open now?
The pilots use limited intake periods that IRCC announces. Contact us and we will tell you the current status and help you prepare, so you can apply on the first day.
Do I need IELTS?
You need an approved test showing CLB 4 in all four skills: IELTS or CELPIP or PTE Core for English, or TEF or TCF for French.
Can you help me if I live outside Canada?
Yes. Many of our clients live abroad. We work by video call, WhatsApp and email, and applications are submitted online. Clients in Toronto can also visit our North York office.
Which language test should I take?
For English, IELTS General Training, CELPIP-General or PTE Core are accepted for economic immigration. For French, TEF Canada or TCF Canada. Strong French can significantly increase your chances.
